?lon Leisure Management, LLC is a new leisure and hospitality company with a focus on developing one-of-a-kind luxury resorts. Opening mid 2019, its flagship destination, ?lon Las Vegas, will define the next generation of Las Vegas. ?lon is designed for people who think about everything they do…and then do it with confidence, energy and style. For the Creative Class and the Achievement Class. For those who are building and reshaping the future, who are thinking differently about how things are done. For the risk-takers and the entrepreneurs who will define the speed, quality and style of life in the 21st century.

?lon ? A new name in conventions. In dining. In entertainment. A new way of thinking about Las Vegas. A new scale and standard of excellence that is more focused. More intimate. More exclusive.

Strategically located on the Las Vegas Strip at the historic New Frontier site, ?lon Las Vegas sits on 34.5 acres and is within walking distance of the highest concentration of luxury shopping, restaurants and four and five star rated hotel rooms. A mere five minutes from the Sands Expo and only two miles from the Las Vegas Convention Center, ?lon is the perfect place to call home during citywide conventions.

?lon offers over 92,000 square feet of highly configurable meeting space inclusive of one boardroom, 14 meeting rooms and a 24,002-square-foot ballroom. Meeting spaces are adjacent to patios overlooking terraced gardens and pools. Other venues will include the event lawn, pool, nightclub and restaurants.

A fully integrated resort balanced by intimacy, ?lon offers modern luxury with 1,063 spacious rooms (starting at 651 square feet) and suites (from 1300 square feet). All are equipped with user-friendly technologies and pool or panoramic strip views. Other amenities include three concentric pools with cabanas; 38 new-to-Las Vegas retail brands (but widely known and well admired); 13 diverse dining concepts; a 33,000-square-foot spa to elevate the body and soul; an exciting Social Club that includes lounges, a boutique nightclub, day club and more; and an intimate 500-seat theatre.

?lon?s design principles focus on natural modernism. Architecture is conceived to look to the future. Clean lines and alluring shapes have been drawn to catch the eye, yet never distract. Interiors designed not to fill spaces, but to enhance them. Natural materials, innately beautiful, allowed to be themselves and cast against the tempting textures of fabrics. Cultivated landscaping may be best described as the intersection of modernist architecture, landscape design and sculptured art. The ?lon arts initiative, whose intention is to support and engage with the future of arts and culture, will comprise a collection of emerging talents from around the globe. Resort hallways and public areas have been designed to present these impressive artists? work in gallery-like spaces.
